Horrible mechanic came late didn’t fix nothing he came to fix broke my hood latch and left my truck in a worse condition after he put his hands on it. I needed a simple brake and rotor exchange stripped my tire down just to say my brakes won’t fit in the caliper and he only looked at one and said both of them needed to be changed. I got my guy out from Meineke to look at it 30 minutes later and he said the calipers were definitely not the problem and he should’ve been able to do the job without replacing the brake calipers. I told him I didn’t care just do what he came to do and he basically just refused and said he couldn’t do it then charged me $100 just to come out and brake my hood relea…

He's a busy guy, works on Mexican time, sure. Rates are better than a dealer, but fair is an overstatement. I didn't haggle, paid cash, and when I needed a receipt a couple months later, he just asked for money ("taxes") upfront. TL;DR He's just another hustler aggressively looking out for himself, no matter the cost. I didn’t have all the right tools to finish out changing my battery. I called on Saturday morning and he came out 2hrs and changed my battery and got me back right! He was super friendly great service, I would definitely use again

Called to get my car diagnosed. There was some miscommunication and he didn’t understand what the problem with the car was. (The power-steering is locked up due to a tpms being out and I needed confirmation it was a sensor before moving forward with replacing it) Sent a picture of my dashboard lights to show him what the problem was before coming to diagnose.Was told “if you really have problems, take it to a dealership since your car is electric they’ll have to replace the part.” After I told him to not come and diagnose it due to being told to take it to a dealership instead he asked “Is it electrical?
