I don’t write one stars very much. You would hope if you would go to a place they would want to help you, but clearly that was not the case here. My wife’s car goes out literally 100 feet away from the service store. We go and try and ask for jumper cables. Guy is super rude doesn’t help at all. My wife broke down five hours from her destination and nowhere near home on Memorial Day weekend. Kyle and his crew were extremely helpful and got her back on the road for a fair price and in record time!! The treatment my wife received was first class and made her day much easier. I think the service was excellent and very quick. I had an oil change, brake and power steering fluid flush and it only took 30 mins. The only disappointment was oily footprints on the floorboard carpet and the feeling of grime on the steering wheel and gear shifter. Eddie and his team were great. They waisted no time performing the needed services, and even highlighting another need which we chose to complete. They were unbelievably quick and yet courteous and personable.
