I stopped in to the shop to ask Rusty to put some freon in from a bottle that I had, he said he didn't want to do the bottle but he would add freon..my AC was working and getting cold when I went in, I just wanted it to be ice cold..after about an hour Rusty came and told me that my AC wasn't working, I just looked at him, he said that he was going to keep working on it.. after about another hr he can and told me that my AC compressor was out, he said he was going to try to find one..I just left, the next morning I called a mechanic that I knew that works at another Meineke shop at Central and Washington, he told me to go there and have them look at it for me, I did go and the mech…

I don’t write one stars very much. You would hope if you would go to a place they would want to help you, but clearly that was not the case here. My wife’s car goes out literally 100 feet away from the service store. We go and try and ask for jumper cables. Guy is super rude doesn’t help at all. Then we go in to you know hopefully get a quote on fixing the car after pushing our van over to the service center. Guy front service desk acted like he didn’t want to see us was super rude super short and very unhelpful I was Shocked. even if this was the cheapest place in town, I wouldn’t wanna take my car here. My wife broke down five hours from her destination and nowhere near home on Memorial Day weekend. Kyle and his crew were extremely helpful and got her back on the road for a fair price and in record time!! The treatment my wife received was first class and made her day much easier. Thanks Meineke!!!!!

I think the service was excellent and very quick. I had an oil change, brake and power steering fluid flush and it only took 30 mins. The only disappointment was oily footprints on the floorboard carpet and the feeling of grime on the steering wheel and gear shifter. Recommend employees put paper mat down and wash their hands before touching anything inside. I will still return to this business but will make those recommendations when I arrive.

Eddie and his team were great. They waisted no time performing the needed services, and even highlighting another need which we chose to complete. They were unbelievably quick and yet courteous and personable. Anyone needing a quick oil change and/or other maintenance services can feel certain that this Meineke team will get the job done with no delay! I recommend them for sure.
