What I appreciated is that they didn't change or replaced anything in my vehicle without first being authorized by me (the way other mechanics do). I got my oil and air filter changed. It was done quickly. More importantly, I was comfortable with the men that work here. It was nice to not feel like I was being forced to fix things that weren’t broken and that they didn’t creep me out. I’ve had bad experiences in other shops around Wichita. This was a welcome relief. Honesty and respect are the norm here.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regard to vehicle repairs. Visits consisted of an oil change, tire rotation & an alignment with both carried out in a timely manner on the same day. Cody (store manager) was honest & friendly to me as well as every other customer he interacted with. Will surely return & recommend to other future customers!

Cody is the man! best location I’ve been to by far couldn’t ask for anything better. Cody at Meineke was amazing! Super helpful, honest, and made everything easy to understand. He really went above and beyond with his service. This location itself did great work—quick, reliable, and everything was done right on the first go. And it was also very tidy and clean. (which you don't see often with most auto shops!) I’ll definitely be coming back! I would recommend coming here.
